A girl named Maleeka is facing some
hard times in middle school. She goes to McClenton middle school. There is this
kid that always makes a rap song about her and his name is John-john. Maleeka
mom makes her clothes.
A girl that that also goes to this
school is Charlee. She has been letting Maleeka wear her clothes. Maleeka puts
them in her locker and changes into them before first period. Maleeka is the
tallest and skinniest in the school and people like John-john remind her every
day. She is also a math whiz and can outdo ninth graders. She is also has a
good memory and never forgets.
One day Maleeka had on Charlee’s
dress. Maleeka was walking down the hallway and Charlee came up to her and to
her to take her dress off. There were about 8 other kids in the hallway when
charlee said that. Maleeka went and changed in the locker room.
Another day a girl named Daphne
Robinson goes up to Maleeka and acts like she wants to start a fight. Maleeka
want to yell but knows that bad thing happen around the school. She tries
telling Daphne that she has the wrong girl. Daphne stars grabbing Maleeka’s
hair. All the kids around them start yelling “beat her”. Some of the teachers
are yelling to the kids to break it up.
The principal, Miss Saunders and
Maleeka’s mother come up with a way to punish her. They told her that she would
be working at the school office. She would be filing paper and stapling them.
